Organizational Security Plan (Canada)
The Organizational Security Plan (OSP) is a formal document, required by Health Canada, that outlines the security policy and procedures of a site, briefly explains the security compliment deployed at the site, describes the types of job positions that will be found within the operations of the site and identifies key individuals who are responsible for certain aspects of business operations. This document also outlines the roles and responsibilities of the staff assigned to security related duties (Head of Security etc) and briefly describes the security centric SOP’s that have been created for the site. This document’s a must for any application whether brand new or transitioning from the ACMPR. Think of this document as the “coles notes” of your facility operations. You remember coles notes right?
